Sydney Metro
Sydney’s inner and central suburbs have some of the oldest housing stock in the country. Terrace houses, federation homes, fibro cottages and post-war brick homes are all common, and many still contain asbestos in walls, eaves, flooring and bathrooms.

Western Sydney has one of the largest volumes of pre-1990 fibro and weatherboard homes in the state. The region is also one of the most active for renovation and redevelopment, which means asbestos disturbance is a daily reality for local builders and homeowners.

Macarthur and South West
The Macarthur region, including Campbelltown, Camden and the surrounding suburbs, has a high concentration of fibro homes built during Sydney’s southwestern expansion between the 1960s and 1980s. Renovation and extension work on these homes is a major part of our residential workload.
Northern Sydney
Northern Sydney’s leafy suburbs mix older heritage homes with post-war brick construction, and many bathrooms, garages and outdoor structures still contain bonded asbestos products. We work across the full Upper and Lower North Shore.
Eastern Sydney’s housing mix ranges from terrace homes in Paddington and Woollahra through to large federation and interwar properties in Vaucluse and Bondi. Many have been renovated multiple times, often with asbestos products still hidden behind newer finishes.
Wollongong and South Coast
South of Sydney, we cover Wollongong and the Illawarra region. The area’s industrial heritage and older housing stock means both commercial and residential asbestos work is common.
Central Coast
North of Sydney, the Central Coast has a large volume of older holiday homes, coastal fibro cottages and brick-and-tile family homes built from the 1950s onward. We cover the full Central Coast region from Gosford to The Entrance and beyond.
Regional NSW
Beyond Greater Sydney, we travel to regional NSW for larger projects and commercial work. The Blue Mountains, Central West and surrounding areas have a heavy concentration of older fibro homes and timber buildings with asbestos products in roofing, eaves and cement sheeting.
