Hazardous Removal Company’s Process For Your Asbestos Removal

Our Asbestos Removal Process

At Hazardous Removal Company, our process is designed to bring you comfort and peace of mind. Taking the first step is simple—just reach out to us, and we’ll take care of the rest. You can contact us through three convenient methods:

Phone call: Dial 0452 224 398
Email: Send a message to info@hazardousremoval.com.au
Website Enquiry Form: Visit www.www.hazardousremoval.com.au

During our initial contact through any of these methods, our primary goal is to understand your unique situation. We recognize that each person’s circumstances are different, and we strive to tailor our services to meet your specific needs.

Depending on your situation, we may request photos or arrange a site inspection to better understand your requirements and provide you with an accurate quote.
Once you officially accept the quote for your asbestos removal request, our accounts team will send you a 10% deposit invoice, which must be paid before the specified date.

Upon receiving the deposit payment, our team will provide you with a neighbour notification via email which will need to be printed out, to be placed in your neighbour’s letterbox or handed to them in person at least 48 hours before our scheduled date. For jobs exceeding 10m2, a Safe-work notification will also be lodged, as it is a legal requirement in NSW. Safe-work requires a minimum of 5 days’ notice for approval.

On the agreed-upon scheduled day, our team will arrive to commence the job. If weather conditions or other factors make the job unsafe or pose a risk to your property, it may be rescheduled. We’ll execute the job based on the agreed quote and adhere to the rules and regulations for asbestos removal in NSW.

Rest assured, our Hazardous Removal Company team takes every precaution to ensure safety. We are fully licensed and insured, with staff possessing the necessary training, qualifications, and personal protective equipment (PPE). The hazardous waste from your asbestos removal project will be disposed of at a licensed waste facility.

Upon completion of the job, a third-party hygienist will attend the site to provide our company with a clearance certificate for the asbestos removal works. This is a legal requirement for removals of 10m2 or more. Even for jobs under 10m2, you have the option to obtain a clearance certificate, which will be released once the remaining 90% of the invoice is paid.
